These days, I'm living in northern Mexico with my wife and two dogs and we are in the process of building a homestead. I recently turned 45 and I took some time to reflect on where I'm at, what's working, what's missing, and what I would like. This enquiry has instigated some changes to our academy….

Firstly, our name has returned to Calm Academy. Next time we speak, I will fill you in on my reasons, but for now, you are very welcome to explore our new website. 

Secondly, I've reduced the courses taught within the academy to: Mind Detox Practitioner, Mind Calm Coach and Calmologist - all FHT accredited qualifications. 

Thirdly, and perhaps most relevant to you, I've decided to make the Supervision Sessions free for life! These monthly meetings are such a great service and opportunity for us to share, ask questions, continually learn, connect, and be supported, which is so important in this field of work - so I hope you join us! 

The zoom meetings usually happen at 7pm (UK) on the last Thursday of every month, (however, due to Halloween, the October Supervision Session is happening on Wednesday 30th). I announce the dates and times in our free Academy Telegram group, which you are very welcome to join HERE, if you aren't already a member. 

Finally, and this message goes to past students and graduates that I haven't seen for a while... I would love to get our academy family back together!

The first step is to make the Supervision Sessions free, and once we are reconnected online, I intend to organise in-person Supervision Days, like we did before. I really loved spending time with you and so I'm committed to doing everything I can for it to be a community-based academy.

With so much change within myself and my life over the past few years, I would love for us to connect and continue to grow together… and so I hope to see you soon!
